Spirax Sarco FT44 carbon steel float steam traps (DN15-DN50) with stainless steel internals, built-in automatic air venting and flanged connections. The body and bonnet castings are made in a TÜV certified foundry. The valves can be serviced in-line without dismantling the piping. Horizontal connection, vertical connection type FT44V (flow direction from top to bottom). FT44 uses BP99/32 liquid bladder and can be applied to superheated steam with superheat degree of 150℃@0 bar g,50℃@32 bar g. The valve can be used with a BP99/32 liquid bladder. If required, 3/8" BSP or NPT tapped holes can be drilled in the top of the bonnet for a counterbalance pipe or 3/8" BSP or NPT tapped holes can be drilled in the bottom of the bonnet for a drain valve, to be specified at time of order.
