The poem is not included but is available for an additional cost ($25.00). Your memorial will be customized with your choice of picture, typestyle and text. We take the picture you send us, crop it accordingly to fit then convert it to black and white. It’s then designed with the text you enter and engraved directly into the granite. Your pet’s picture is permanently engraved. Price includes engraving of up to 8 lines of text. If you choose to upload your image – once you click “Choose File” and select the picture you want, the name of the picture you uploaded will appear in the field next to the “Choose File” button and you have successfully uploaded the image. Once you add the item to your shopping cart you will also see a thumbnail of the image you uploaded.
